Brian L. MillerCEO / General Contractor

Brian provides operational, project management, and fiscal oversight of the company. He brings over 30 years of construction industry experience to every Legacy Homes project. A long-time resident of Pueblo, Brian is also a master electrician with extensive lighting and controls experience. He is passionate about construction and helps keep Legacy Homes performing at the leading edge of what's possible and practical in today's homes.

Bob CaryConstruction Superintendent

Bob is responsible for oversight of field operations. He coordinates all phases of construction from excavation through building finishes. Bob is a Colorado native with 30+ years of experience in residential construction, project management and scheduling. He has extensive knowledge of. In addition, Bob has successfully completed thirty hours of OSHA certification and has a National Roofing License.

Christina HaneyNew Home Consultant

In addition to discovering exactly what you seek in a new home, Christina explains the intricacies of building - from sharing Legacy's standard features to explaining how Legacy builds and why. She will skillfully guide you through this intricate process - from finding land and selling your current home to helping you through the many steps of building your new Legacy home. Christina grew up in a real estate family. She has been selling real estate since 2001 in New York City, Denver, and now in the Greater Pueblo Area.

Jeff BiddleColor Selection Consultant

Jeff walks clients through the color and material selections process, both exterior and interior. He has a deep understanding of the importance of timely selections and how they affect the construction schedule. Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in customer relations and sales consultation to Legacy Homes.

Shelby WestDesign Draftsperson

In tandem with the builder, Shelby digitally designs floor plans and generates plot and landscaping plans. Her passion for residential construction came after a trip to Louisiana where she worked with a company who builds for low income families. She fell in love with the construction process. Shelby is major in Civil Engineering Technology as CSU-P.

Branson A. HaneyBusiness & Construction Consultant

As an award-winning, dynamic and innovative builder, Branson brings an abundance of knowledge to the Legacy Team. He served as Chairman of the Board for the Colorado Association of Home Builders in 2016, is Past President of the Pueblo Association of Home Builders and is an ongoing Builder Representative for the National Association of Home Builders. He also holds an MBA from Denver University.
